Following his graduation in 1994, Jörg Swoboda worked for KPMG Germany in financial advisory services as well as in the audit department. He specialized in preparing expert business opinions in the fields of business evaluation, financial planning, budgeting and due diligence. He also worked as a KPMG IPO consultant. In 2000, he was appointed as the CFO of German-based IVC Venture Capital AG, a leading Venture Capital Funds focusing on high-tech, IT and media sector. IVC has been providing financing to 50+ innovative business concepts in high-growth areas. Jörg has been managing the company as CEO since 2003. He was a member of various supervisory and management boards including 360 Treasury Systems, Webfair, Step Ahead, Hurra and Autoscout24. IVC’s strong deal making experience has led to some remarkable exits.
Torsten is a seasoned private equity professional with more than 20 years of experience as an investor, board member and consultant. From 2001 until 2018 Torsten was at Private Equity Permira, where he was a Partner and co-lead investments of over $5 Billion across industrial sectors generating significant growth and returns. He has worked on a range of transactions and was a board member of companies like Netafim, Cognis, CABB and Jet Aviation. Previously he served as a Consultant at Bain & Company. Torsten holds an M.B.A. from the Andersen School of the University of California, Los Angeles, and has a degree in Business and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.

He has been acting as the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer of ‘UNION TANK Eckstein GmbH & Co. KG (UTA) for over 15 years. Baron van Dedem has worked in several positions at ABN Amro Bank, in South America, the USA and the Netherlands for a period of 10 years.
